Cell number not ported yet

I renewed my contract with Altech Autopage and finally received the phone on the 5th of Feb 2016 with a vodacom sim card which have had my cell c number ported to it. <br> I have since then been calling Autopage almost everyday to get this sorted and it has almost went past a month and a half now and the porting has not yet taken place.<br> I was once advised that I should perhaps wait for the 1st of March and visit the vodacom store but they seem not to be able to assist me either, they are referring me back to Autopage.<br> The last person I spoke to was Collin (Retention Manager) and it has almost been two weeks now that he said he will get back to me.<br> Part of that I would like to ask what happens to the R200 airtime that I should have been receiving since last month and I am already going for the second month without receiving it.<br>
