Cell got lost with repairs

Mr T Dunjana sent in his Sony M2Aqua for repairs with Autopage Vredendal.The cell got lost with the repaircentre and the staff at Autopage replaced the cell with a Sony E4G witch is a cheaper cell.Mr Dunjana pays extra per month on his contract to get the benefit of the M4Aqua and feels that it is unfair that his cell was replaced with a cheaper unit.Please contact him on *** to get this matter resolved
