Cat phone Not waterproof

I have had a contract with a CAT B15Q smartphone for 2months now, the phone got water in for some reason although ir is IP67 Certified for being waterproof. Autopage says it will take 6 weeks for a repair from a company called brightpoint in JHB. that is unacceptable as they dont even offer me a loan phone for the time Customer service manager \Asley"has a very bad attitude when i ask him about who the service agent for CAT is.
