CAT B15Q celphone

I bought a CAT B15Q cellphone from Autopage in Welkom . I ordered one that can use 2 simcards, but after a few weeks I find out that they supp**** me with one that can only use 1 simcard. I went back to them to sort out the problem. They denied the problem and don't want to sort it out. I then call autopage on there customer care line several times but with no response and they don't even come back to me. I am more than 20 years a customer of Autopage and that is the worst service I ever got with them.
