Cant wait to get out of this damn contract

After numerous calls with Brian, my phone was picked up over a week ago and I was told that my upgrade will be cancelled. Well as usual I had to call the call centre like on the 1st of every month because my line was suspended which nobody can tell me why it happens. Only to find out that my upgrade has still not been cancelled. Please cancel this immediately as I need to go to a service provider that CAN actually provide a service.***
