cant get phone back

My wife did an upgrade and receive the phone (CAT) from them, but she did not like the phone and we send it back in the 7 day period which is required. But from our side we made the mistake of sending the phone back but not in the original box on which they reply that it cant be changed because it is not in its original box, Fine we accepted it and ask for the phone to be send back(CAT).
