Cannot reach a support consultant

I have been trying to change my data bundle from 1GB to 2GB on the Altech Autopage website for a while now and it continuously changes it back to the 1GB bundle or deactivates any bundles all together. <br> I have tried to contact the support desk MANY times and cannot EVER reach anyone - the line simply goes dead after all the voice prompts and selections I make.<br> I repeatedly get SMSes that my \1GB Data Bundle has been changed to a 1GB Data Bundle".<br> Even when going into the store"
