CANNOT MAKE CALLS FOR 2 WEEKS
For the last 2 weeks i am unable to dail any numbers from my cell ph. I have ph customer services probably 4 / times. I have logged complaints and the keep on closing the complaint stating that the issue is sorted out without even confirming that it is sorted out. I have put my sim into another device and the problem stays the same. therefore it is not my device. I have done a sim swop. now i am unable to call AND send sms
