cannot give cell c offer??? why

Good Day<br> <br> I recently requested an upgrade on my contract on the 10th April 2015 for the Samsung S6 Edge However after speaking to the consultant I understand you guys had no available options on cell for the phone, I checked again yesterday the 13th April and the only offer you guys have is R1079!!!! R599 for the phone and R480 for the price plan, why cannot I not get any other options e.g. Cell c smart chat 2GB R199 + 599 = R798<br> that is still more that what cell c is offering(R749) I'm a cell C customer thru autopage but autopage has decided that I cannot get what cell c offers It just does not make sense to me,I want to stay with Autopage I do not want move but if you guys unable to give what cell C is offering could you be so kind to move my contact to cell c directly and do the upgrade for me so I get finally get the phone I have been waiting for I know I've been due for a upgrade since January but I just held back so I could get the S6 Edge. I want the Samsung S6 EDGE 64GB in Black my budget is R800 let me know what you can do cause I know you guys give the best service and its why I want to stay and not move so please don't put me in the position to move because of this
