Cannot get replacement phone

Phone was reported ****** on 29th October 2015. I have been paying phone Insurance for more 3 years. I reported it to the police and had a sworn affidavit signed and completed a claim form at Alberton branch. On Wednesday 4th November I spoke to Mararo who assured me the claim was proceeding.<br> <br> On calling today I was told I must prove I am paying Insurance. My billing states phone insurance which I have always paid and not defaulted. How much more are you expected to prove if they are billing monthly and taking my money. A total disgrace and theft.
