Cannot get my name off the ITC and Transunion

Ref Number - 990776 and 995196. I was divorced in 2011 and my ex wifes Autopage account has been placed on my name at Transunion. She has always paid her own account and still does. But I want her name off my credit profile, a reasonable request . When you phone Autopage they are very confused and have no idea what you are talking about. When you send an e mail Autopage tell me that it is okay for her account at autopage to be on my profile and she defaults they will explain to to credit provider....what *******, if she defaults my credit record is *****ed for 5 years and no amount of explaining will convince future credit providers otherwise. At the 5th call they said they would escalate it and get back to me after 48 hours, guess what, they lie all the time. 7 days later you get an email...\Task Closed"with no explanation. When I call and ask to lodge a complaint they say \""We do not have a complaints department\"" Sorry for autopage"
