Cannot get hold of them / MTN

I cannot believe this shocking service. My Autopage account was taken over by MTN but NO one can help me. I had a My Choice 200 and now suddenly it is a MyChoice 100. <br> If I phone Autopage no one is answering or the call is transferred back to MTN with no one being able to help me.
