Cannot Cancel My Contract
My contract period has expired and I would like to cancel it, but this seems to not be possible. I went to a branch which gave me a number to call. This lead to an automated system, which I am convinced is a labyrinth designed to keep customers from getting in contact with client services. Finally I logged multiple request on their website, never getting a response, not even after the request have been active for more than two weeks.
