Cannot buy ad hoc data over the web
Whenever I want to buy an ad hoc data bundle on my contract, I have to call the call centre (and use up most of my minutes waiting for an answer). The agent then puts the transaction through. I have never been able to figure how to do this on the web (via myAccount), as the only ad hoc options under \add ad hoc data"are SMS and minutes. Basically anything but data.<br> <br> Today"
