Cancelled Contract - no notice

I have (had) a cellular contract with Nashua Mobile that was eventually absorbed by Altech after the demise of Nashua.<br> <br> My contract was due for an upgrade at the end of this month (July), however, today on July 27, my contract has been ported over to prepaid. No notice was given for this or reason why, I did not request for anything. Furthermore, I have communication between a representative and myself indicating that I can only cancel AFTER AUGUST if I so chose to. <br> <br> I have lost almost 1.5Gigs of data and minutes due to this.<br> <br> I went to the Melrose branch, and they are now affected by load shedding, whilst the other cellular companies are operating with no issues. It is almost as if this company is run my *********** people. I honestly do not think that they will even assist me with resolving this complaint. The only silver lining from this major inconvenience in my life is that I am now rid of ALTECH AUTOPAGE and their USELESS SERVICE.<br> <br> DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!!
