cancelled contract

Once again it's Cell C/autopge!!!!! I phoned to enquire about my contract debit order that increased by about R10 out of the blue, to finf out that my contract ended in May. So the person I spoje to confirmed that my last debit order will be in May. After the May debit was ddeducted, I phoned again to confirm that my contract is now cancelled and there won't be any more debits, then the person to said NO. I was extremely angry. He said there will be a R184 debit and he had no idea why (unbelievable) I told him to make sure it does not go off...Today the funds have gone off my account. I am extremely upset. Autopage is pathetic. I will ask the bank to reverse tge debit order and I insist on an apology letter from Autopage immediately! !!!
