Cancelled Contract

I cancelled my contract a month ago and asked to go on Pre Paid and still having issues.<br> this has to be the worst company to deal with, cannot get anything right and glad i cancelled with them, dont recommend them at all, poor service, was transferred to their cancellations and held on for more than 10mins and still no response.
