Cancellation/ Porting request

I'm cancelling my Autopage contract due to bad service. Everything is always a mission to get done. Now i'm trying to port my Number straight to cell c. Autopage has declined 3 porting requests. Its even a mission just to get a contract cancelled/ported. The worst service i've had in my life. And every time i phone to ask why its declined they say the info doesn't match. Which doesn't make sense. HOW DO I MAKE MY NUMBER PORT OF AUTOPAGE ASAP.
