Cancellation of Contrct -never cancelled 10 months

As follow up to the Autopage complaint that I sent more than a month ago, I got to be told that my contract that expired 10 months ago has never been cancelled, though I cancelled it through the call centre, and I am told I am on a month-to-month contract and it will be cancelled until I pay the outstanding amount. <br> <br> I am not going to responsible for a account due to *********** staff of Autopage, when I cancelled nobody informed me of the letter of cancellation that needed to be written. My sim card has been deactivated for 10 months, I will not pay for airtime loaded where I don't know.<br> <br> Autopage has handed this account to debt collection, and I will not be liable for it and I will not be blacklisted, as I will take necessary step to sue Autopage if you dare blacklist my name for your own inefficiencies.
