Cancellation of contracts

I have two contracts with Autopage that I have been trying to cancel for weeks.<br> <br> First I tried phoning Customer Care on ***but I was unable to keep holding and holding for an operator.<br> <br> Then I went to the Autopage branch in Gezina. They couldn't assist me there either and simply gave me another telephone number to use - ***. I was told to use option 2.<br> <br> I phoned in the morning, afternoon and evening and always had to hold \due to high call volumes". Option 2 turned out to simply be the switchboard and every time I had to ask for the correct department"
