Cancellation of Contract

After several calls to Altech Autopage Customer Services to cancel my phone and speaking to the correct department, Cancellations, my phone is still not cancelled. I paid the money to cancel my phone on 30/06/2015 and then made the calls and every time received a cancellation number which up to date is not cancelled. I have the cancellation numbers and the names of all the people. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from a big company like Altech.
