Cancellation
Themba Manda one of the people at their call centre was so Rude he would not put me through to a team leader when asked. he couldn't help me said my ref number was cancelled never could tell me why.<br> <br> I have been trying to cancel my account with Altech for 3 months now. they \lost"my first request put in a seconf one and demanded a refund and for them to pull the log calls"
