canceling of contract

On the 17th October 2014 I got a Samsung note 4 cellphone.by Samsung Clearwater,but the 2 year contract had to go through Autopage.By December 2014 I ask the managerMr Cohen) of Samsung Clearwater why have I not received any communication .They had a lot of complaints from their customers and advised to go the their Westgate branch pay them to cancel your contact.On 17th December I paid R7805.12.No more communication till I received a statement in Feb 2015 (dated Sept 2014 to my street address with a post office Strike) that I am in Credit by R 3263.41. No matter to who you talk they will allways say will come back. Never do. Phone them in June they debit my bank account with R178.09 every month after that till Dec.2015 when i stop my debit order by that time R 452.28.Every month I phone them and the same storey we come back eve Till this morning Their lawers phoned (Jacobs and some more names) me :what have I got to say?I was shock and said they must e-mail me with details.They have not doneso.
