CANCELATION !!!
I have called the call centre and informed them that I want to cancel my contract. I am informed that it is done my contract ends 6 June but I will be charged till end of June and only moved to prepaid on 28 June. When my contract started I was charged pro rata why now must I pay till the end of month. I want to leave your absolutely pathetic organization. when ask to speak for senior I am placed on hold for hours this is ridiculous!!!!!
