Can't fix anything

My Internet has been giving me an error when searching the web. instead of opening up Web pages I get an error message which states \Origin Server 504 returned status". I contacted altech to fix the problem knowing that it has to do with my Internet setting for my sim card. I called 5 times and all of them just told me to reboot my phone. the lack of experience is unremarkable. They dont understand anything and left me on hold for 20min to search the Web for a solution to the problem. I have seen on the Web this is a common issue so i am baffled as to how little they know. I have also visited the branch twice and they did the same thing.... rebooting doesn't work!!! You leave me with no choice but to pay for a new sim card with different settings. If this is the level of expertise your company has I'd be better off with a phone that has no Internet services. """
