Can someone ONLY competent call me

In 2013 my ID book was ****** as a result of this i am now been told that i owe 15 000. I have forward documentation a number of times through to Altech autopage in order to clear my name. I have even had attorneys contact me regarding the debt created which i responded by sending required documents and was told that this will be handled but i see its handled in a wrong way. This account is now handled by a company called VVM. I have been contacting them for the past three days to sort this out and have also forwarded previous emails to a guy named Petros and NO one has called me back and his line is forever going onto voicemail but i cant even leave a message there.<br> Can someone competent (ONLY IF YOU ARE COMPETENT) and who know how to deal with ********** accounts call me. This is really frustration and is messing my credit profile and my life.
