Can not get anyone to help met at autopage

I recently signed up for a new contract with autopage. <br> <br> I was told that i will receive my laptop either the next day or after the weekend which was today. I realized that not once has someone asked me to which address they must deliver?<br> This made me a bit anxious, so I started trying to phone the call center to clear this out. <br> 3 failed attempts later I gave up. Every call I had to hold for at least half an hour and then I just could not hold anymore as I am at work and I could not afford the call anymore. <br> <br> Then i tried to send a email to the helpdesk. About an hour later I just got an no-reply email back saying the queries has been closed? Still, no one has attempted to contact me. i have no idea what is going on, but I dont know who has over an hour to stay on a phone these days for help. <br> I checked on a previous contract that they have a very old address of mine, and no one even bothered to check the address. <br> I'm hoping that i will get someones attention this way so I can rather cancel this contract. Because I don't have the time for this bad service. <br> <br>
