calling me in 2016 for the account i settled

This company is so bad, i paid off my account in September 2015 and now they called me in 2016 to say i owe them the December invoice. for what because i paid off the account.<br> <br> don't they have a system to update the paid off accounts?<br> <br> bad company bad call center.
