Call logged and closed without help or call

Since the beginning of January I tried to contact Auto page to cancel my contract with them.<br> When I tried calling I wait for more than 5 minutes and now answers even tho I selected the option to wait for a consultant to speak to me. I emailed my inquiry via the website; 1- the call/task gets logged and without having contact with me, the call/task is closed. I have proof of the correspondence. I made sure my contact details are correct when I logged the task.<br> CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME ASAP AS I AM GETTING TIRED OF BEING SHUNNED ( This is how I feel) <br>
