Call dropped after I held the line for 20min!

My autopage branch said I must phone *** to convert a expired contract to prepaid. I held the line for 20minutes, eating all my airtime!!! After 'talking' to a machine and guiding me to a consultant she heard my story and transferred me to the right department (note: after pressing numerous numbers to get to 'the right department'). She must've pressed the wrong nr because she dropped the call! I logged onto my account online and send a query from there without any reply so far. This was 10 days ago.
