Call centre slams phone in my ear

I called them because they billed us for MMS'S which we did not send. One per day for 3 months. For one month of that time my sim was not even installed! <br> <br> The operator was extremely rude, refusing to listen to my problem and when I asked to speak to someone else he just slammed the phone down. <br> <br> Issue still not resolved, hundreds of Rand deducted for Service not used. Would not recommend autopage at all!
