Call center promises not kept

The complaint is as per below . Each time what is frustrating is that the call center refers you to the store. You go the store they refer you to the call center.<br> <br> The phone has been in for repairs from the first month. Each time it costs money and time to follow with customer services were you get promises with no joy who send you to the store. Once at the store the manager contacts call center who claims no calls received on complaints. The service is terrible, better to move to a new service provider. Each time after now the third time you get told that the phone must go back for repairs. Truly this is not on .this phone is used for business purposes and income is being lost. Furthermore you are paying for a phone you don't have.<br> <br> How much longer is this to go on<br>
