Call back number is never answered.

I received a call with regards to my account upgrade but was in a meeting so asked if I could call them back, no problem I was given a name and a number. The following day I tried to call this number however it remained unanswered, after trying it a number of times during the course of the day I gave up, phoned the switchboard number as was told that that is the correct number and that I should just keep trying it until someone answers. Well I have better things to do during a working day than to succumb to such pathetic service levels that telephones go unanswered. Gues the upgrade will never happen as I have no intention of spending my days calling a number and of course Autopage has not bothered to follow up from their side.
