Breach of Contract

I changed my contract in Dec 2014 to a TOP UP . However Altech has left the line open and kept on charging me for the usage even after i have complained 5 times . You can send emails to their service email - however that is a joke . You can not speak to manager - you can not get their email addresses . They do not return calls . I have contracts with them dating back 20 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers . Altech Autopage is not compliant to FAIR PLAY .
