Breach of Contract

II would like to thank Hellopeter for assistance they gave me into talking to this company. The refunded me last month. But this month they did not debit their monthly payment but terminated my account. I went to their store in Gateway Durban and explained the matter. We worked out and was told that the amount shown on their screen was R563 if im not mistaking. This amount is still way out of the agrreement. Today I got an sms asking me to pay R963.35 immediately.
