Breach of co ntract

Good day, I have had a problem with my data as per what I signed since last August. I signed for 800mb, and was onlt getting 550, and had to remind the rep at Autopage every month to add the extra 250 as your pathetic systems/ people couldn't accommodate. then about 3 months I started getting 300mb, and was missing 500. the rep then changed somethying on your systems, which didn't work, and after phoning a number of times, I got the 500mb, pro rata, 2 weeks into the month. I was charged at a rand a meg, which is wrong as an idiot there didn't implement my contract properly. This happened again this month, and I got pro rata for the month. Bilal reopened the call on 669302 on 11/05, and has been ffg up, and 2 weeks later still no resolution. Will one of the many people at Autopage sort this out as I am not getting what I signed for, and honestly am being ****** by your pathetic company. I have heard that you guys might close... hope this is soon as Autopage is a useless company and would really be embarrasses to be part of it... wonder what the CEO thinks. I do not intend seeing rand a meg being charged for this month 1st 800mb. advise NOW...
