Blocking line daily

Good day, In nov 2014 my fone was ****** and replaced. In dec 2014 was waiting for the bill for the insurance payment as I had the money. In March 2015 autopage decides to charge the insurance amount and therefore at the time did not have the money. I made arrangements with altech autopage to pay the amount which was agreed to by their accounts department via the store with my last payment been end may 2015 however everyday they barr/block my line to which i have to contact the store as ho dont bother answering emails and call back request as the call center waiting times are terribly long. I have sent call back request and emails to resolve them not blocking my line. Please contact me urgently with this regard.<br> <br> my upgrade is due in few months if this is how they treat people dont think i want to continue doing business with them
