Blocking Account when Reaching a certain limit

For the past Year I have been having issues with Autopage. Every time I reach R1000 on my contract they block the account.. I have told them how many times I do not want a block on the account. About a month back this happened again. I was at home, with a phone not working at all. I had to go to the mall, where they stole stuff from my car....Costing me money. If it wasn't for Autopage I would not have been there. Now again... On the 28th of December, YIP phone was blocked. I had to phone they said like every time this is now sorted won't happen again. Haha..... Yesterday going to the shops, phone not working blocked. I had to go home to get another cell phone. Costing me again petrol and phone calls, about 10. I had to go to Klerksdorp, leaving the house at 4:00am this morning. Yet again I had a phone which weren't working. What if something happened on the road????
