Blame client for high bill!!!

I renewed and upgraded my contract at autopage in the Secunda Mall explicitly telling the lady that all inclusive that I don't want to pay more than x amount per month. Guess what it is the second consecutive month that my bill is more than 5 times the amount stated. I will be reversing the deducted amount and then escalate the matter to the consumer council and ICASA. This is not an idle threat as I'm also and this stage busy with legal action against Vodacom and is not scared to take you on as well. Limits are limits and a client specifically requests it, knowing the limits of their budgets! I have forwarded this same message to Clientellegal of which I'm a member. Cellphone providers such as you need to be stopped from doing as you wish and we as the clients must just say amen!
