Blacklisted for a ********** account

On the 9th of November I received a call from an attorney informing me of my name being listed due to an outstanding amount of R21k on a cellphone account at Autopage. I don't have an account at Autopage and most of the information that I was asked to confirm did not correspond with my details. I then called Autopage headoffice where I spoke to Mavis Mokoena to explain that the account was opened under false identity. She then sent me a \***** Incident Form"to fill in and take it to the police station to get oathed. However the commissioner of oath requested more information from autopage before signing. I then sent an email to Mavis on the 10th to request the information. After no response on email I called her on the 12th Nov to follow up and sounding irritated and not helpful she said that she forwarded the matter to Legal. I have since not heard anything from them. Autopage was very negligent in opening an account without verifying the information provided and this matter is causing a disrupt in my life. They were quick to open the account so they should put the same amount of effort to sort this out."""
