Blackberry Z10

My phone for the current period has spent more time with you than me. My Z10 has not worked for over a year. It came back to me in January after being away for 9 weeks and did not work, I could only get it back to auto page at the beginning of January. When the phone was sent off they refused to repair as the \head technician"insisted the screen was damaged. I repeatedly told them the screen had a glass cover that I had placed on the phone"
