Blackberry not working AGAIN

I have struggled with my new phone since I got it. I took it to Autopage Thabazimbi about a month ago and they send it in for repairs. The phone just shuts down by itself, the photo option jams, it just freezes whenever it feels like it. I received it back after 4 weeks and was told it was 'refurbished'. Not a month later and the phone is starting with the SAME issues again. I have been a client with autopage for 13 years and is seriously considering changing service providers. I am only due an upgrade in a year. This phone is obviously of poor quality and should have a 2 year warranty as my contract is for 2 years so I want a replacement, not a refurbishment
