billing problem
i have billing problems with this supplier wbereby they always overcbarve me. we agreed on a top up package that will bave to be topped up by me once the the limit has been reached but they bave double debitted my account. why do we have same problem almost every month is beyond me a d this should be rectified immediately. this is out of hand now.
