Billing Issues

Can you please send me a full recon on my account? This month I got a Hugh phone bill because even though I had and paid for a 500MB monthly data bundle I was not getting it so I was paying for every MB used. I have looked at my old accounts and this months and I don't see where the refunds on this have been credited. In July I was charged R608 for 779MB plus I paid for the 500MB data bundle. In August I was charged R648 for using 742MB plus I paid for the 500MB data bundle. In September I paid R326 for 383MB plus I paid for the 500MB data bundle. In October I paid R144 for 453MB plus I paid for the 500MB data bundle. Please send me a full recon on this account reflecting the refunds. While this problem was being looked at I also paid R500 towards this account in September but I don't see this being reflected on the statement.
