BILLING DISPUTE / DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I have a billing dispute with Altech Autopage which for the last month and a half no one can help me with. I have been to their branch, lodged a query on their website, called numerous times and even sent a request for assistance to their CEO without even 0ne person having the decency to call me back. I have been a loyal client for more than 10 years now, paying every month without ever having really looked at my bill (maybe my own stupidity) but now that I have a query nobody can / wants to assist me. I don't care what the outcome of the query is I just want answers as to why there are amounts debited to my account which no one can explain. Every time I visit or call or mail I get the same feedback, a manager will call you back or the IT Dept will call you back. Needless to say nobody calls back. I rarely complain about service and will normally just stop using the supplier but as all knows a cell company has got you by the throat and there is absolutely nothing that you can do about it. Pathetic service at its best and I cant get out of it. Maybe must use the buy out option from Cell C. My query reference number for the millionth time is 672534.
