Billing Dispute: 646800, ***
I logged a call for a billing dispute for April 2015 invoice (call log number 646800). According to MTN, Twitter was free for the month of April. I received an invoice for almost R1400.00, I logged a billing dispute. After 4 weeks, I called the call centre, I was told that just because Twitter was free on MTN, doesn't mean its free with Autopage. I went to Autopage Clearwater mall (early June), they informed me that the call was closed (reason for closing the call: the dispute was logged incorrectly. It was logged that I have a 200Meg Vodacom data bundle whereas I actually have a 500Meg MTN data bundle). They opened the call again and sent a mail requesting that the data usage be investigated. My phone was blocked as I did not pay for April, May and June. I made Full Payments for May and June and a partial payment for April. I then received a letter of Final Notice, my July invoice reflects the payments made. I received another Final Notice, My phone is still blocked. I went to your HO, the call was reopened again, I wrote a letter requesting a URL Report. I have now paid 2 months for data and free minutes which I didn't use. Is this going to be credited?
