BILLING DISPUTE

Dear Sir / Madam <br> BILLING DISPUTE I have lodged a billing dispute on 28 March 2015 at Altech Autopage Ref 628410 (refer attached note confirming same) and do believe some serious ********** transactions have been passed on my mobile cell number resulting in an account of R5K!!! . <br> <br> I am willing to pay the amount I believe to be due R245.15 for last month and this month excluding (again) Roaming R175.44 (?) in the interim until the balance is credited due to ********** activity on my account. Providing Altech Autopage ensure that no further ********** activity takes place on my cellphone account, and that full services are restored. <br> <br> Telephone was ****** on 27 January 2015 between 10h00 -11h30, house burglary Moffatview Police Case No382/01/2015. Reported to Altech Cellular The Glen personally on 27 January 2015.<br> <br> The response from Altech Autopage Call IT Centre - query closed no explanation and no phone call either and a final notice sent - copies of all correspondence emails available on request<br> <br> Calling Call Centre eventually got a persons email Sanele and emailed all to him on 12 May 2015 to date no response except my email sent back to me with his email signature.???
