Billing

I received threatening sms's and phonecalls regarding an account I had no knowledge of. I requested a signed contract as well as a copy of the voice recording whereby I consent to this contract. The total amount they required from me was R11000.00 After being threatened with blacklisting, I settled the amount, and still requested the original contract or voice recording to appeal this. All I received was empty promises of a refund. Autopage even stated that I WILL receive a refund and that they're finalising the clearance of the funds.<br> <br> This is also the 3rd complaint logged with HELLOPETER
