Billed on cancelled account

I am still being billed for a contract that was cancelled in August 2015. Calling the call center is of no help, call gets dropped on every single call. I have stopped the debit order, but they increase the amount so that the debit order goes through. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Pathetic
