Billed for cancelled contract

I have two contracts with Altech under the name Mrs. DG Mariotti ***) and both contracts are debited off as one debit order. One contract was due for an upgrade and I decided in May 2015 to cancel the one contract ***) due to affordability. It took me a few phone calls and posts on Facebook to finally get a cancellation date from Altech. The contract was finally cancelled on the 14th of June.<br> <br> My issue is that both in May and June I was debited the full amount for both contracts. On my statement from Altech it reflects the credit I was supposed to get in July and that I was to be debited less in July but I was debited the full amount and not what was stated on your bill. When calling the call centre it took five calls before finding someone who understood what was going on. Their explanation was that the reason for being debited for both the contracts was that they refunded me the money in June and then they debited me in July the same amount to balance out their books?<br> <br> I cancelled a contract therefore I should be debited accordingly and be refunded a portion of the money that was for the cancelled contract. Please sort this out and I expect a refund immediately .
